Congratulations to Bill Cutler for joining the Boggy Creek Collection of Meteorite Finds Group. Bill Cutler is an educator with the Fort Worth Independent School District and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in general science. He has a BA in Geography from North Texas State University with a minor in English. Bill will coordinate the day to day administrative and managerial functions of the group and will be the decision making point source as liaison with the scientific community. This will free me up to concentrate on the scientific and research aspect of the materials currently on hand as well as coordinate on site meteorite materials search being planned in the future. Please email Mr. Cutler at billctlr@ispwest.com  to congratulate him. Way to go Bill.
Bill Cutler shown in front of the R. DeRusse Newman building of Daggett Montessori School, where he has taught as a substitute teacher, and below, me examining a suspected meteorite sample sent in from out of state. It turned out not to be a meteorite.
This is me examining a sample sent in from Maine but which originated in Texas as part of a fraud to lead us to misidentify the sample. (They sent in a fake sample accompanied by a  photograph of a genuine meteorite to mislead and confuse us). It did not work which obviously frustrated the scientists who came up with this little bait and switch scheme. Better luck next time. More on this later.
