BCC0001,  Plasma induced stellar grains thermally annealed in Fe dust.

A piece of a collapsed Super Nova.

Above left, crystallized grains shocked and fractured but held in place by their melted Fe shells and surrounding grains in a tightly bound matrix and ground mass.        and above right, single sub-mm grains with many anomlies and a complete nucleus are common.

Notice the unusual nucleated granular material in the Alumina enriched grain above right.

Above right a single grain composed of multiple crystallized dust particles and below a larger view of the same image.

The photomicrograph above shows a sub mm stellar grain whose varied composition is consistent with the accretion of dust particles with a flash coagulation and  flash melting of the paricles in place. The round or circular appearance of the entire grain may indicate a momentum or velocity component or movement as part
of the formation process.
